- Yoga in the Dark – YouTube Videos. To celebrate the 30-year anniversary of the Americans With Disabilities Act, I created a series accessible for people who are visually and/or hearing impaired. But this series is for everyone; you won’t have to SEE me to be able to practice yoga. Descriptive language guides you through the practice, which is beneficial if you’re using a phone to access the videos and you struggle to see the small screen while practicing. Accompanying captions are included for anyone who may have trouble hearing.
